Our family booked a Tour Golden Ring of Portugal. We had never used a private tour company before and I did not know what to think. I read their reviews and took a chance based upon their favorable ratings. Well, I was not only surprised but this company exceeded my expected experience. Our Tour Guide Helena was so attentive to us. Everything was planned on an itinerary and not only did I feel comfortable throughout the day, I never worried once about what we were doing or what we were to do next. Our children loved Helena. She was so kind and answered the 1000 questions they pestered her with all day long. She never once seemed put out by our many requests from the time we booked the experience until the time she left us at the end of our tour. The office staff at this company was very thorough about explaining the Tour Experience in general. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough.
